Tickets

We do not have specific financial metrics, nor do we ask for documentation. We trust the integrity of our community members and understand that there is no simple way to measure a person's economic situation.

Instead we offer this general barometer of need: if you buy your clothes new, eat out more than 1-2 times a month, or go on vacations that involve air travel and hotels we would ask that you reconsider submitting a supported ticket request. 

Emergence is a participant-run event. To receive your discounted ticket, you are required to contribute a minimum of 4 hours to the running of the event.

As we nurture the ineffable and magical vibe we generate together, we have made a decision with our community to. grow Emergence mindfully, by sharing codes with past participants to sahre with friends.

 You will receive 5 codes. One for you, and 4 for people that you think would bring a resonant vibe to our community. As a past attendee, we trust that you know how to best grow our community. This creates a up-line of responsibility to encourage everyone to act appropriately, and this empowers you to help them find their groove within our community and we may ask you to help resolve any situations that may arise. 

 Our goal with the codes is to continue our sustainable growth, and maintain the safe and cozy environment that people love about Emergence--not to be insular. Therefore, we are offering an alternative path to receiving an invitation code for those who have not attended recently. 

RV camping is allowed but there are no hook ups.

If you're with a placed camp be sure we know you're bringing an RV so we can do our best to place you in an RV accessible area.

A limited number of RV passes are available for purchase.

If your RV / Trailer / Caravan includes an indoor toilet, then you will need an RV pass.
