You have TWO secure options through Humanitix to resell your ticket for the price you paid which protect both buyer and seller.

1. You don’t have a specific buyer in mind
Mark your resale ticket as Public, and it will appear on the resale page. Everyone can see and anyone can claim and buy it.

2. You have identified a buyer
Mark it as Private, it won’t show on the resale page and you will get a link to send to the person you’re selling your ticket to. Only someone with that link can purchase your ticket.

Private sales outside of Humanitix are risky, and put extra work on our volunteers. Please use one of these options.

We do not have specific financial metrics, nor do we ask for documentation. We trust the integrity of our community members and understand that there is no simple way to measure a person's economic situation.

Instead we offer this general barometer of need: if you buy your clothes new, eat out more than 1-2 times a month, or go on vacations that involve air travel and hotels we would ask that you reconsider submitting a supported ticket request. 

Emergence is a participant-run event. To receive your discounted ticket, you are required to contribute a minimum of 4 hours to the running of the event.

Supported tickets may not be resold.

After much discussion, we have decided to do away with open sale codes this year. Rangers and Sanctuary teams have had a lot less work to do in past years with the codes, but it added a lot of work and stress to the Ticketing team and many of the participants.

Please continue to help us get the word out that Emergence is a burn rooted in conscious connection and authentic engagement and that healthy growth and acculturation is a responsibility shared by all of us.

We are offering a small number of Directed Tickets ($169) to the people that are critical for making Emergence happen.

This will include tickets for teams like Rangers, Sanctuary, Operations, FAST, Artists, Center Camp, Leadership teams, and for the first time, Theme Camps.

TCO’s - please get your Multiform submitted ASAP as there is a question on camp size that will inform the number offered to you for your team.

The form is editable this year, so you don’t need to have all the answers to get started on it.

RV camping is allowed but there are no hook ups.

If you're with a placed camp be sure we know you're bringing an RV so we can do our best to place you in an RV accessible area.

A limited number of RV passes are available for purchase.

If your RV / Trailer / Caravan includes an indoor toilet, then you will need an RV pass.
